By using the 5bdt ("we", "platform" or "site") website and all services under it, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 5bdt.

This document serves as a binding agreement between 5bdt and its users. Using the platform means you are yourself a party to this agreement. 5bdt is a safe and reliable platform operated on the basis of SSL encryption and fair play principles.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on 5bdt, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must manage the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of someone else.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts or opening an account using another person's details is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, 5bdt reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit the funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate. 5bdt may request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes. Providing false information will result in account closure and cancellation of any pending bonuses.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

5bdt currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Estimated withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any bonus have been met.

3.3 Transaction Security

4.1 Welcome Bonus

5bdt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 total wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• After receiving a bonus, it must be used within a specified time period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after wagering has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 5bdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

5bdt offers weekly cashback across five VIP tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The process of moving to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity on the platform. 5bdt reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on 5bdt — slots, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting, and other categories — follow fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Game rounds affected by technical errors may be voided and the bet amount refunded.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the relevant bet will be considered void and the amount refunded.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device failure, 5bdt will make a decision based on its own server logs. For technical errors on the platform's side, the bet amount from the affected session will be refunded.

6.1 Login Credentials Protection

6.3 Suspicious Activity

If 5bdt detects any unusual or suspicious activity on an account, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during the investigation. The relevant user will be notified once the investigation is complete.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5bdt:

• Any attempt to manipulate the platform's software or gaming system.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other users or behaving indecently in live chat.
• Assisting minors in creating accounts.
• Using 5bdt's trademarks or content without permission.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

5bdt reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact support to reactivate it.
